This week, I decided to come up with a healthy routine. Since my cousin is coming over every weekend, we agreed to have morning jog every Sunday. 30-60 minutes of jogging is fine, I think. I don't know how much of my fats are being burned, but I really like the idea that I am spending a little part of my day for exercise. If you would read my blog entry (On being health conscious) in Wordpress, you will understand why I am so into healthy living.
